Jeremiah "Mack" McMillan brings his culinary experience working with Italian, Cajun, and Greek cuisine to the "table". Stephanie Alejandro McMillan has a decade of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. She also brings her friendly smile and love for people to Gallo. The home of our new restaurant has a history of providing delicious Mexican food for the local San Antonio community in years past. For some years it's been home to a paging business and then later a flower shop. Now it is home to our pizza restaurant. We are glad and happy to provide our delicious spicy hot special pizza as well a variety of other delicious dishes.
